Start your Chicago tour of at Chicago Architecture Foundation’s ArchiCenter - your gateway to discovering Chicago’s world-class architecture. Open every day with free admission, the ArchiCenter offers an interpretive center, exhibitions, and a unique museum shop with design/architecture themed merchandise and books. The ArchiCenter is the starting point for many of the more than 85 different interpretive tours (by boat, bus and on foot) led by the Foundations’ award-winning docents. Located in the historic and beautiful Daniel Burnham & Co. designed Santa Fe Building at Jackson and S. Michigan Avenue, the ArchiCenter is a block from Millennium Park, across from the Art Institute and convenient to public transportation and parking. 

Hours: Highlights by Bus:
April–November 2006: Monday, Wednesday, Friday–Sunday, departs 9:30 am (returns to ArchiCenter at 1:00 pm)

Closed: New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. All holidays are subject to change without notice.

Take CTA: Located in the Santa Fe Building at the corner of Jackson
Boulevard. Convenient to parking and public transportation.
Brown, Green, Orange or Purple lines to Adams and Wabash,
or any CTA bus that services Chicago’s Loop.
