Fantasy Island is the theme for this year's Green Tie Ball to be held at Charter One Pavilion on Northerly Island.  For fifteen years the Green Tie Ball has set new standards for charity galas in Chicago, annually attracting over 3,500 prominent guests and sponsors. With a volunteer committee of more than 300 young Chicagoans and an annually renewed theme, the Green Tie Ball continues to reinvent itself as the most anticipated gala experience of the year.

Though annual themes have ranged from "Candyland" to "Emerald City" to "World's Fair" some features have become staples of the event:

• Over 90 top restaurants and executive chefs each serving a signature dish
• Over 50 super premium brand bars staffed by the top bartenders from all over the city
• Five stages of entertainment, roving street performers, and interactive décor elements
